Full Design Service & Procurement: This package is billed at an hourly rate of $100.00. An estimated total time for the design and procurement phase will be provided to you during the initial consultation.
Full Service Design and Procurement (Concierge): This is calculated as a cost-plus percentage, which depends on the overall size and complexity of your project. The exact percentage and estimated project cost will be discussed in detail during your first visit.
