Coming from a big house with a big kitchen to a small home with a small kitchen, the customer wanted something different. The focus was more on entertaining then cooking. So we designed the small kitchen into a pantry and relocated the main kitchen entirely. Brilliant.. said the cilent.

The original property was a model home, we replaced all furniture, painted all walls, cabinets, doors, window coverings, lighting, sinks, faucets.

The main goal of this project was to enlarge the shower, create more storage space, add functional hadrware, add lighting. 

Traditional bathroom remodel

Increase the shower area, keep the tub, provide plenty of drawer space in vanities and storage in large medicine cabinets.

Customer wish list included island and pantry, the original kitchen had a long peninsula but not enough storage space. 
We included in our design plenty of ceiling lighting and pendants. Undercabinet LED are on timer control.

Here is a picture of the custom venetian plaster that we built for a customer. We can create whatever design you like; we can make the color combination any way you want it to be. We can even use custom colors that you have in mind. The possibilities are endless!

A kitchen designed to meet the needs of an individual with disabilities. The client wanted to make things as simple and easy as possible, so our designer helped her navigate through the many options to work out which ones were practical and usable. As it is more important to make cooking tasks easier for people with disabilities than for a general audience, she also talked about ways that we could increase functionality without adding complexity.

Our main challenge was the limited space, the budget, and the timing. In order to provide additonal counter space we rmoved a diving wall by 6 inches, relocated the refrigerator and dishwasher and enclosed the wall space for future options. We provided the customer with temporary countertops until she was able to purchase the granite of her dreams. All white the kitchen was functional.

We designed the kitchen around the same space, the main goal was to bring organization and practicality to the kitchen. The lighting was a big issue, it got resolved by combination of light fixtures and LED low voltage installed.

Beehive style fireplace needed new accessories, the red vase was a must keep, everything else git replaced.

Tempe Project

Customer contracted or Interior Design services only. The spaces selected were kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom. 
The goal was to have an open space kitchen and include a free standing tub in the master bathroom.

Interior Design and Product Selections

Customer goal was to maximize storage space for the small space. We included drawers, trash pullout, pantry, tall cabinets and island. 
Light and dark cabinets to compliment customer’s favorite wall colors.

This project was done on stages, wall repair due to water damage, texture and paint.
LVT flooring through out the house.
Paint kitchen cabinets, Quartz counter tops and plumbing fixtures. 
Backsplash and under cabinets LED lighting. 

House remodel

We colaborated with the client with kitchen design, provided cabinets, counter tops, plumbing fixtures. Client installed his cabinets, he did a great job.
